No you can't hang motors from trees.

New boat motor, new roof, new HVAC, etc.

I just replaced the boiler blower motor myself after the HVAC guys quoted me $1,350.

Full ac replacement $4200, full house repaint $2800, 2x fan motor and compressor motor rebuilds $2,000.

The hotness on top of the AC unit is where the motor is located on the fan.

What’s the thought about allowing them to have a motorized scooter in the home when most of it is carpet.

Then again we did have a blower motor on a NEW Lenox furnace (we had in a rehab) fail mid winter & had a 2 day wait for the part to come from TX.

Depending on that, I'm not sure what the discount would be in this instance but it may be comparable to a junior lien on a residential property, if not more favorable.Also something to keep in mind, these assets depreciate much more rapidly than a residential property, almost like a car would (since these are motor vehicle titles) which would effect the terms of the note.

I've only dealt with a brick and motor business broker once, but they were 10% brokerage fee with a $30,000 minimum to sell a business.
