To be honest, I like J Scott's approach for 2 reasons. 1st, it's easier to drill thru the COGS details since everything is posted there, 2nd, you can run budget vs actual if you plan to utilize the Budgeting feature to track your progress directly from QBO.

Back to the kitchens, I especially like the (before) galley kitchen with the tile floor, and if there was a door opening at both ends at ADA specified widths that would be a nice feature too.Good Luck!

Companies managing hundreds & even thousands of doors use Buildium.Many of them though, use a CRM on top of it for even more features: Leadsimple, Monday, etc.Look into Appfolio, Propertyware and RentVine.
