To be honest, I like J Scott's approach for 2 reasons. 1st, it's easier to drill thru the COGS details since everything is posted there, 2nd, you can run budget vs actual if you plan to utilize the Budgeting feature to track your progress directly from QBO.

Things that I'm looking for:- The main feature I'm looking for is  the ability to create as many "accounts" as I want.

There are also automation feature within Podio. 

There are variations in design, features, upgrades and so on. 

At 599 total heated square feet, the small tiny home will feature an open driveway, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining combo, all electric, with a full size washer and dryer.

You mention that its a SMALL kitchen and a microwave hood saves on valuable countertop space plus its an eye catching sizzle feature that sets you apart from comparable rentals. 

If your entities are disregarded, you may be able to have them within the same QBO and keep up with each using the location/business feature.

Back to the kitchens, I especially like the  (before) galley kitchen with the tile floor, and if there was a door opening at both ends at ADA specified widths that would be a nice feature too.Good Luck!

But once your property is ready to be listed, find a good property management software that has all the features you need - Listing Syndication, Tenant Screening, Lease Signing, Rent Collection, etc; and you should be able to have a much better work-life balance.
