Have you started to craft a plan or pick a niche?

After the acquisition of three machining certificates  and a profitable internship I find myself gainfully employed with Williams International, where my nights are filled with crafting parts for jet engines and missiles.

Are you located near the craft or remote?

In advance of the BP conference I wanted to craft a summary of what my top three expectations are for myself to get out of this conference (purely from a self accountability stand point). 

A 1 page assignment, properly crafted, would have the same effect as far as a wholesaler is concerned.

You should be in a position where you know your craft and market so well that the word 'risk' holds a totally different meaning. 

Real estate is one of my passions and I'm looking forward to absorbing as much information as possible and helping people out while I craft up a wiser exit strategy than just jumping over board.

When I read Brandon Turners book, there is a section crafted all towards strategies to purchase without necessarily needing a financial institution to front the costs, which is where this becomes confusing and had me wondering to begin with. 

I should note that I do have a couple properties in mind, one of which I'm working with a lawyer on to craft/legally massage the LOI (and future PSA) and have started discussions with lenders.Exciting!
