The reason I ask is because when I was doing some wholesaling a little while back (I still wholesale), I would take tons of High Quality pics & shoot high quality videos, but no matter what when I sent them to my “investor buyers” they always insisted walking the property themselves...

I try to keep my properties in good shape to attract better quality tenants, and many times they see that I keep the property in good shape so they do too.For example, my condo tenants are happy with their utility bills because ive our in new furnaces and AC units.

The stock market fell like a rock today and this is just the beginning the rents for anyone's tenants are out of control but when the market corrects who will be able to afford such rents, lower the rents the larger the market for quality people.
