Not sure if people on this forum had a chance to hear it, but a few weeks ago I conducted an in-depth interview (followed by an audience Q&A) about an extremely important topic.... compliance in the note business.This is a super valuable call for active note investors both new and experienced, and it's also something I don't hear much about (at least in terms of specifics) on this site.

@James Wise, Speaking of fairness, Did you by any chance hear the Cleveland City Club interview at the end of November with "right to counsel" activists from NY? 

David, Make sure you interview the broker, my most important question was if the broker/manager was competing.

Hi Mustafa,If you are looking to add a good investment broker to your team you will need to just call around and start interviewing agents. 

That being said, I find podcasts, such as bigger pockets, that interview people the most sustainable for the obvious reason of hearing from someone new each time.

I've been a BP member for a few months now but I've just been soaking up tons of information and learning as much as possible.I have finally decided to post after listening to the BP Podcast interview with Sterling White.
