hey @Dan M. last night i had the pleasure of meeting some folks from Jet Lending, Renters warehouse, and fast track remodeling as well as others. they are all here on BP and they work in the Texas / houston area. would def be a great place to start talking and chatting with them. hope this helps.

Anyhow I wanted to get some feedback from the family to see if I am the only one facing these two issues with my beloved BP.1) When logged in through my IPad I receive alerts that my keywords are being discussed but when I "go to keywords" the page always loads as if there are no unread keyword alerts (however the "inbox" always reflects what I have or have not read).2) Newest little snippet I noticed today is my dashboard is telling me I have an unread chat message.

I need to take Brandon Turner's tips for presenting my own worthiness to a lender so they give solutions back like you do rather than a binary yes or no response like they did last time around.Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to chat.
