Hi All,I am posting this in hopes of getting some advice on what other investors would do to grow if they were in my shoes.

The information that I found online shows that land in the immediate area is ranging in price from about $37,000 to $150,000.

I used a lot of information from BP, and even went as far as reading the new CA ADU bill, speaking with the congressman associated with it, educating both my architect AND the city on the new guidelines.
