You can always register an LLC in one state as a foreign entity in another state. 

But then everyone would be zillionaires, and our dollar would worth as much as the Zimbabwe's currency. 

Paying off some of our debts and then reducing the amount of currency in circulation should bring the value of the dollar back up to a level where it is again a strong & meaningful world currency.

However, the reserves do not necessarily have to all be in cash - short term debt instruments or my favorite, a diversified Currency fund to reduce exposure to the dollar.

The books and podcasts by some of the "pros" that talk so highly about creative financing and specifically the master lease, make it sound so great and easy but it really does sound completely foreign to most people that I've talked to about it.  

The theory is all the foreign money will flood the condo market and buy up everything with cash.  

As a CA LLC, you cannot conduct business in another state without first filing for a "foreign status" and obtaining permission from that State. 

We work mostly with foreign investors, but wouldn't mind working with a fellow Texan :-)

Sold it in 2 years and made a killing on top of 30% currency exchange.
