Secondly education offered, but i believe good mentor can eliminate some of the need for education. correct me if you think I am wrong.I would prefer low or no monthly fees, but I am not too concern about commission splits as long as it’s fair.it’s pretty important for me that I would be allowed to do deals for myself or for any partnership/LLC that i am part of without paying commission to my brokerage.My initial plan is to start out as a full time broker.I have heard about Keller Williams and Coldwell Banker, but should i consider anybody else?
