We would add a lazy Susan and L shape counter to fill in that nook with more useable counter space / storage along with the upper cabinets and a hood vent.

If I was you I would figure out what particular investing strategy you want to try 1st (Fix & Flip, House Hacking, Wholesaling, BRRRR, SFR, Duplexes, Triplexes, Mobile Homes, Public Storage, etc) and then decide what particular market you want to get started in.

Hi @Christopher Oliva,Any competent buyer will see the issues and discount accordingly, so if I were in your shoes I'd first figure out what's causing the problem and see if it can be fixed economically.Example, is it a crushed sill plate that termites ate up?
