My current goals for this year are to become very comfortable with performing comps in my area, getting pre-approved for a mortgage to find out my buying power with conventional lenders, connect w/ a investor friendly agent and wholesalers to align on my investment criteria and begin the search!  

Justin, You can rollover your 401k into self-directed IRA, but not into HSA, which is Health Savings Account and not a retirement plan.There are several reputable providers here on BiggerPockets who are active on the forum, just search the forum for related keywords and you will find out who they are.

FYI even though you didn't list the address - anyone can do a search using the name of the owner to find out the property address.

Last ditch effort is to use Angie's List or do a Google search and start finding GC's there.

I was able to get a contract on the house and should be closing by the end of July.I'm now starting my search for multi-family homes for next phase.
