In the area and price range I flip in (ARV between $140k-200k) no one would ever care about matching brands as long as they had matching colors.

Aside from the landscaping being terrible, the paint colors atrocious and some other minor cosmetic issues it was a great find.

Then i email those to my designer who puts together mockups & 3D renderings for me, complete with links to Benjamin moore paint colors, links to the products on Wayfair, etc.

I haven't used them however I've done large-scale direct mail through a company and had no hits.It's not my preferred method of contact but my best method is to use a colorful envelope so it isn't confused with bills or junk mail and also make sure it's handwritten.
