Of course if it's a govt. agency I guess they can discriminate, the laws are for us minions.

But you don't get it through those agencies, like state farm or all state.

No Cordell, you can't double contract, you can't tell someone you're going to auction real estate without a license, while you mentioned only one ethical issue of the perception of agency and equity, I don't really buy it as you still posted it.

Other than that, once the Bid is accepted it does take a little bit more time to purchase because it is a government agency and it is not run like a business, so expect people not talking to each other.
