No Cordell, you can't double contract, you can't tell someone you're going to auction real estate without a license, while you mentioned only one ethical issue of the perception of agency and equity, I don't really buy it as you still posted it.

Other than that, once the Bid is accepted it does take a little bit more time to purchase because it is a government agency and it is not run like a business, so expect people not talking to each other.
