Interviewing contractors through Home Adviser.

I went to Des Moines for the interview, and spent some time around downtown.

People need to move for various reasons at all times of the year, you will need to stick to your screening process (background checks, application fees, landlord interviews, etc.) to improved the likelihood of long-term tenants who pay on time. 

If you're able to find a BRRR property and refi after 6 months you can get that reno and down payment money down and start on your first flip property.Make sure you interview the right agent to help you with this .. they will be able to comp you the right property and identify good markets for you to invest in. 

Interview reputable bookkeepers in your area.

I interviewed several and KW were the only offices that actually seemed to have their stuff together.
