Has anyone out there developed and managed one of these short-term commercial spaces?

The 2nd , 3rd, etc. tenant placement fee should not be paid, or a refund of the original amount should be due.One way you can hedge your bets on getting a good tenant is that FINAL APPROVAL of a prospective tenant must go through you, the owner. 

When we had property in another state we used a property manager to screen tenants (and she actually did a poor job at it since our last tenants left our rental so filthy, we needed three cleaning companies to get it good enough to sell)  We have a lot of set parameters that we indicate in writing to prospective tenants. 

Is it possible to partner up in a big development deal with other/s big developer/s by for example bringing capital?

What is the process when starting a new development project?

If the prospective tenant still insists on being cagey about it, I call shenanigans and would move on.

I'm interested in areas of San Bernardino where there's some development going on or there is pockets of stability.Anyone investing inland?

I am 20 years old and currently in college for Real Estate Finance and Development.

With this new development (no pun intended) I would love to connect with some builders who might be looking to meet some new agents or bring in some fresh faces. 

Based on the building and development happening in the Old Pueblo it sure looks like it.
