It sound straight-up nuts, like some mentally disturbed individual with no idea how to build thin internal partition walls just went at it.  

I have to discount my properties on AirBnb just to pick up a few rentals.If you are running a bead and breakfast or renting a room then Airbnb may be better for you.Having multiple platforms will boost your revenues.

They come, looking for a bed to sleep on, and go to work most of the time and leave.Account Closed, I had that same mentality, until I got my systems in place and now my returns for the amount of work I put in is insane!

The PM's try to boost returns by getting paid in lease renewals and new lease ups as that money is often far more substantial then the property management fee.With property management people complain all the time as the owners.

It is a home owners mentality not a investor wishing to expand.Leverage generates cash flow, equity kills it. 

It takes a shift in mentality and enough maturity to be willing to defer luxury.

I admit I was like you in the beginning with that mentality.

I think my main issue is that its overwhelming to think of steps A-Z all at once, it becomes confusing and causes mental shutdown.  

You guys just gave me a boost of motivation to hit my goal of closing on my first deal next year!
