They're all pretty much the same and I keep finishes, paint colors, etc. identical. 

This is REALLY REALLY a small point but I'd much rather have the PM store extra paint for inevitable touch-up than try to color-match 12 months later. 

through out my business life so that when things are not great I have some free and clear assets and not leveraged to the hilt.. its not always wine and roses.. and for sure close to retirement. 

He offers the visiting buyers colored marshmallows from an easter basket when they arrive.  

Towels & candles in the bathrooms (Hobby Lobby), colorful flowers (not fake) & red candles in the kitchen (add some color) curtains for the kitchen and bedrooms (IKEA), Items from the Dollar Store, any 2nd hand store but make sure you wash the item and it doesn't smell and is in good shape.

Maybe my post would be too jaded or colored by my own experiences and biases to see another side of the issue.Bottom line is that the more "good" people post and participate, the more watered-out the charlatans will become.

Touch ups will be easier and I won’t question down the road what the heck color I used like in the past.

I generally look at the crime data from realtor.com and that neighborhood is mapped in very light color (low crime).

I use Brownstone (that's the color).

It has NOTHING to do with Obama's skin color.
