If you already have tenants, you shouldn't add cameras unless the tenant agrees in writing.I recommend you look for a camera that works at night and does NOT have sound.

I am not able to purchase any other house without using those funds, so I am stuck staying in this Airbnb shared with a guy who coughs all night long and doesn’t have a car, always bothering me for rides and rolling papers, ect, eating my food, and yesterday he was yelling and waving a large kitchen knife around threatening his “friend of twelve years” and scaring the crap out of me.
