Where most have swallowed a bag of horsefeathers is that now, we have a system of doing something with little money, no credit, no borrowing required, and very little knowledge of real estate.

Example: If an Army medic were to tell you he used a plastic bag to treat a soldier on the battlefield for a sucking chest wound, did you actually learn how to treat such a wound or simply that a plastic bag might be used?   

A good broker will have an answer for you, but brokers are a mixed bag and not many encounter this situation.

It can get a bit dicey though, they've ended up holding the bag longer than anticipated on some pretty crappy houses, just barely making any profit.The tough part is genuinely getting it cheap enough to find a cash buyer.

So, when they show up and argue, it's "Another one bites the dust".

So it is a mixed bag for both parties. 

Besides that she has taken me from a garbage bag full of bills to pay & collecting rent in cash, to quick books, and now to Appfolio.

Smaller suburban areas that the big investors fly right by on their way to bag big deals in the top cities.  

They'll be collecting dust in my garage until I figure out what to do with them.
