@Andrew T Bolton - are landlords allowed to deny having a gurantor/cosignor for a tenant?

I can confirm with 100% certainty my lab will happily walk off with someone else if they're willing to throw the ball for her.That being sad, it does make me sad knowing how abused Pits are. every Pit I've ever met has been a sweetheart but it's a business not a personal so I understand the decision to not allow them.

They made their decision and offered to someone else and said they didn’t want to do an an inspection and I would be responsible for the c of f which is why I was denied otherwise they would have offered to me .

This home was so ugly and abused that it scared off most investors (listed/pending/relisted cycle).

This is explained in their lease, so they can't deny it.

You need to have performed some sort of contractual work on the property and have been denied payment on a legal invoice attached to a legal contract.

Of course they are going to deny the STR market going down because it’s in their best interest.

I don't want them responding back (why that is wrong, they've changed, they're working on improving their credit, that was their roommate...whatever, I don't care) How do you inform applicants when their application is denied?

I may have rented to a young lady placed to me by an association who helps abused mothers (apparently by an abusive cop husband) so there was a lack of transparency.
