Have a hard deadline and start reducing the payment daily if they aren't out on time.Good luck.Nathan in Oregon with rent control there is a 4500 dollar fee that is owed if you want to get someone out under most circumstances ( city of Portland Only)and then you have the moratorium .. we had inherited a house ( business inheritance IE borrower failed ) And its really a touchy thing.. the tenant knew i could not evict them.

You can ask about what it takes to legally convert it, but they may have a moratorium on that and it won't be allowed under any circumstances.2.

From there, you can simply email the listing agents and find out if that is in fact accurate (I haven't yet seen a circumstance where it wasn't, but always good to ask) and to get the terms they're offering.

I will say though that these are uncertain times and I don't know your full circumstances but it seems dishonest to me to claim forbearance if your tenants are still paying and you have income coming in.
