The house I am looking at buying is a 1200 sq ft house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 768 sq ft garage all built in 2000.  

So to be to clear I will just use some numbers and a fake scenario.I find a deal, $1000000 for a 24 unit apartment and the down payment is going to 250000.But I all I have is earnest money, so I need a either a hard money lender or private lender.

If you could, please describe how you define a B/B- neighborhood and a few commentators could probably tell you price points you are going to pay to find that.  

They'd laugh me right out of the office because there is a very low percentage of buyers who are purchasing single family for investments and a high percentage that are purchasing a home to live in.

I have to replace a concrete porch and a small section of driveway for a Garden City house.

I have learned tons from watching their interviews  and Q's and A's on AskBP videos as well.
