Would you say the majority are like that if you meet them online first? 

Hey Everyone,Situation - Forclosed Home went to an Online Auction.

Put another way, you say you have some form of income coming in, so why send that income through the creditor first, letting them take their share before you get to use it, instead of just applying the cash directly to the project?

I took photos of the place and put the pictures up online as it was ready to rent it out.While we were working on the back house, we got the contractor to remodel the front house.

Has someone taken the time to train you (not just on-line).

We search online and also post our own ads to get applicants, interview them, try on the ones we like, if the trial is good, we keep using them.Now I think being remote is not a problem, as long as we make finding right people and setting up the right system as our one thing, spend more time online to build the local network.

The tour itself took about 2 hours to shoot ( and then it processes for a few hours online to stitch everything together).

All I can find online are guru contracts and I don’t trust those as far as I can throw them.
