Does anyone have an insurance company that has a policy for a flip project in Dallas Texas?

I'd like to increase the value of my policies and processes to the Investor who hires a PM to manage their assets.

Basically, you guys are saying I should cash in on the equity now and take advantage of the zero tax capital gains and later figure out how to invest that money to see it grow?

There is zero reason to need an llc for each offer.Is your mentor an asset protection attorney selling you llcs lol?

That's why a lot of times you'll see HO6, or "walls in" coverage covered under a separate insurance policy and premium. 

Im not a fan of having people park on the property for liability reasons even tho i have a good insurance policy.

., pet policy, etc.After that, I have a pretty good idea of what I should ask for mine relative to the others. 

Also, assuming they do have insurance do I need to get them to add me to the policy until the job is done?

The tricks that Carl described, plus others I have seen, defy logic and sometimes walk the line of being legal - but they do sometimes manage to get past the policy of the day that the underwriter relies upon.
