I tend to ask them what they plan on using the proceeds of the sale for and if they have thought about being the bank and making that interest themselves instead of a bank.

In short though you're going to need a purchase agreement and could even use the standard real estate contract, and some people use a warranty deed.seller financing is when you don't have to give the seller some or all of the cash at closing, and then you don't have to get a mortgage (or as large of a mortgage) and you're able to make payments to the seller.

The plan we have is thru the platform we use to syndicate all the marketing but I believe they have a per listing, per month setup if you are manually adding it to their rent manager platform.Apartments.com has been solid but if you want to advertise, Padmission and other housing assistance programs have been a solid source for us.
