Good Morning BP Community,Last week I posted about possibly looking at Short Term rentals as an investment vehicle.  

All my current investments worked when I bought them and they will continue to work, even if rent rates stop rising for the next ten years.If you think housing is forever doomed, you should find another investment vehicle that's more stable and proven.

But ultimately you would do well with a vehicle.

Specify number of vehicles per unit. 

I know of some people who've used their vehicles as collaterals against LOCs that are used for construction projects like thisSomething like this is definitely up their alley.

Who knows when the blower motor in the HVAC will burn up or if a kid mowing the lawn hit the condenser hard enough to crack a joint in the line, pressure drops and causes damage?

Currently, I am consuming everything I can around multifamily properties, and I have started to focus on the BRRR strategy.Day-To-Day I help build the technological infrastructure to help cars drive themselves, so if you ever want to ask questions about how autonomous vehicles will shape the future of cities, I am right in the middle of that stuff.I am looking forward to meeting/talking/discussing and being a member of this community

Try a signature loan, vehicle title loan, friends and family loan, whatever you need to do.Seems like miles away right now, but it's only a $12k problem.

I free up money any way I can and put it towards the balance including electing 9 dependents so I'm not taxed as much throughout the year, taking out 2.5% APR car loans on paid off vehicles, borrowing against 401k, and making deals with friends and family and paying them a little lower than my HELOC's APR to "rest" their money in my account.
