Once that amount is adjusted you'll have a loan payment updated based off of the rate and terms of the loan. 2) In you long-term expense estimates I don't see any assumptions for property management (7-10%), repairs/maintenance (7-10%), and vacancy (5%) so I would re-run your estimates based off of new expenses.

(Biggerpockets has an agent finder also) You can also do a forum search for the area and see who has the most activity, they can help or set you up with someone who helps.I would hold off on paying for a program until you are further along because most of them are going to center on scaling from small landlord to large, repositioning, flips, etc..

Sounds like the capital call is going to essentially buy time to hold off a delinquency on the mortgage and not so much rehab units that are not livable.
