I would be wary of it.If it is hard for them to sell it now, you need to consider how hard it may be to sell in the future when rules inevitably get stricter.For me, it would be hands off as there is always another deal around the bend.

@Cary Plotkin if you hire a contractor that specializes in insurance claims, they know all the language to bend the insurance company to your way of thinking.

All complaints have been addressed by the company, so on one hand that is a good sign, but I'll bet that Ameraco bends over backward to rectify those complaints to keep that A+ rating because it's an integral part of their sales strategy.
