I’d love to assume a happy path scenario, but I know I need to do my due diligence and not just go off of one or two people’s feedback. 

At this point, we are three years in, and have learned that you sometimes have to have thick skin (grit) in dealing with tenants, managers, and RV site visitors; while maintaining a sense of humor and humility.

I don't know if things have changed since then, but it would be worth talking to a lender to see what they can do.

Hi @Alison Saccoccio, how much do you think you'd need to buy and build?

.  -- If the units are the same footprint, then why not just do 50/50 on utilities for each side and 100% when one is vacant.
