I don't know that this helps with direction and I think there was a gap in looking at opportunity costs when making decisions. 

My question is pretty straightforward: are there any tax implications with rolling the inherited IRA with vanguard into another self-directed IRA account that is managed by another company/custodian? 

Montrose has a lot of cool stuff going on and I'd argue its got some of the best access to all things outdoors in every direction but still a big enough town to make things happen.

I'm not sure how we do this but I'd like to get to the bottom of it right now and either get a direct response from them or someone who has worked with them can tell us one way or the other

At the same time you typically will NOT find rates for fixed rate mortgages.Since you specifically mention "private" notes, I personally believe public records are what you actually want, and the best opportunity - why buy stuff other buyers or servicers don't want when you can go directly to the source?
