Sterling White (highly regarded Indy local) recently put together a color coded map that should simplify this for you. 

Sometimes I'll put tile in bathrooms...but I'd really stay away from carpet anywhere, it gets nasty and you'll be replacing it over and over.Both of these are LVP, they've held up nicely to kids and pets: In your first picture, this looks similar to a coloring I have been looking for.

It asked about type, breed, age, color, weight, mature height, mature weight, name etc etc etc...It stated that the animal section covers pets, service animals, emotional support animals, working animals, therapy dogs. 

Easy to touch up without needing to match color.

I don't let my tenants paint, I don't change colors, and future repaintings are kept down to cleaning + problem-area touchups followed by one coat if necessary, in-and-out, turn for the new tenant quickly.

I found out that she was there for 6 years, and the landlord did not allow her to paint - the place was painted an ugly green color.

I use to buy software programs that had colorful cartoons as Icons. 

Should I go with a color (red) that goes along with the brick to blind in or with a color that contrasts?
