We happen to be the nation's largest provider of real property data and have a greater geographic footprint than our closest competitor (who created AgentPro247).As the OP brought up, there may be a price difference.

I say this because it sounds a little more consistent with the price points/cash flow you might be more experienced with, while getting the geographical diversification and exposure to one of the largest, innovative coastal metro areas in the US (as some other BP members have noted).

Part of this is because the city has one of, it not the largest, Government employee demographics in Canada.

You can clearly make the distinction as Investing as a career (i.e. a lifetime occupation) and the relationship between Skills and Money.Too often, I see new wholesalers, new Realtors® and newer investors going out to "do battle" with the pro's with great intentions, and a few hundred bucks to throw at mailings.  

Whole different world out here but an amazing state with so many distinct areas.

What I think happens is that the largest employers hire and train the largest number of brokers and originators and they don't want them to sell non-recourse products so they don't teach them that they exist.

I like any city with a distinct downtown with things to do.

For example if you'd be building fully enclosed buildings you will need to have drive aisles of at least 125% of the width of the largest building on the drive for turning radius.
