Hi Mustafa,If you are looking to add a good investment broker to your team you will need to just call around and start interviewing agents. 

That being said, I find podcasts, such as bigger pockets, that interview people the most sustainable for the obvious reason of hearing from someone new each time.

I've been a BP member for a few months now but I've just been soaking up tons of information and learning as much as possible.I have finally decided to post after listening to the BP Podcast interview with Sterling White.

Interview property managers before making an offer or during due diligence; if you connect with a property manager that may give you confidence to move forward - and you will learn a lot about market conditions like rents, cost of renovations, etc.

I also watched an interview with Chris Voss on LondonReal.tv ("Chris Voss - Mastering the Art of Negotiation.")

Brandon and David interview Steven Pesavento, a long distance flipper who’s doing 75 deals a year.

I am currently reading the millionaire mind and the millionaires interviewed specifically are debt averse.
