I have been investing in STR/Vacation Rentals on or near the beach but am interested in growing my portfolio to include other places I like to visit such as ski resorts, big cities, international spots. 

I have a NNN office building with an international tenant. 

There were no signs of water leakage inside and no bowing to the internal foundation that can be seen.

I have a family looking to rent my home while they’re here from Germany on a work visa with a very strong internationally known company.

There are always exceptions based on your track record or relation with a specific bank in another country, however expect higher interest rates as they see an international investment as something riskier.
