So the coloration is that people of certain class or working groups have a tendency of being similar.....thus you find trends among their decisions....so you end up avoiding them.All those people at BiggerPockets are obsessed with ROI, Cap rates, IRR, NOI, net worth, tax efficiency, AND they hate pits.

I think this too is extremely helpful because trying to communicate your thoughts and ideas from your mind can be difficult especially to a GC or a sub.
