I really like the idea of owning this property because it is in a nice location, I can collaborate with my Dad's beach house in case any renter needed additional rooms or wants to rent out 2 houses next to each other (my Dad said he would rent his place out too) , decent sized lawn on the property, and the house needs to be fixed up on the interior (wood paneling/new dry wall, old carpets, out dated furniture, and older appliances).

Now, the seller's agent is simply not returning any correspondence, leaving me little option.Per the CAR contract - it's pretty cut-and-dry about pursuing small claims court, and without good faith reasons -they can be liable for treble (triple) damages as well as legal fees incurred on my end.It's not a huge sum of money, but given that it's mine, and that the seller will be liable for legal fees associated - I'd like to talk to a lawyer to make sure I'm proceeding correctly.

We put the stain in a small handheld paint sprayer,   And he put a coat of stain on the bricks while I followed behind with a dry towel, wiping any drips.

I won't go into the whole story but we lost about 200K on a franchise deal, mostly due to a lawsuit from the state that the franchise left us out to dry, so you can understand her apprehension.
