IMO i'm providing plenty of outlets for them to use)4) There needs to be a copper or galvanized steel pressure relief valve blow off pipe on the water heater. 5) The drywall on the ceiling in the utility closet around the duct work for the furnace needs to be repaired. 6) Wasp nest outside back of house in the left corner needs to be taken care of. 7) Check to see if a back flow preventer is built into the hose in the back of the house?

Since discovering Air BnB, it's the our 1st choice when we travel.  

However if you look to the beaches in St pete you can find 4plexes and triplexes etc that would do really well as air bnb/vrbo/seasonal type rentals.

my rule of thumb is anything from Sonoma county and within about 35 air miles of the Pacific Ocean and all the way down to the Mexico border is going to basically be high value RE.. that most folks think of when they really don't know CA real estate..

I currently live in SoCal, and will be moving out to East Texas area in Nov (escaping the population, cost of living, poor air quality, etc etc of SoCal).

It is heated with forced air so no worry there.
