You don't realize there was/is an issue until someone is living in it and using everything all the time. 

This way we know its a good chance they should qualify before wasting any of our time showing units. 

Has anyone looked into this issue?

It seems to be the lowest cost way to source leads for now, but once I get through my first deal or two, I plan on using an actual service to handle direct mail campaigns and social media campaigns.

This model seems to work very well in that market.  

I’m doing this right now.
