Never got an official notice of foreclosure or anything like that though.

I am looking in the $175K-$250K range.Questions:I've listened to Podcast 229 with Zeona McIntyre and read the articles about short-stay on this site. 

Also, most disclosures can't be seen on those sites, so something that has foundation/structural issues vs not?

The best tip - refer back to definitions.

But there is also the pulled pork from Alabama/Georgia, the tri-tip from Cali etc, etc.........I am planning on making it up that way next year and will try that.

If your buying a major rehab, inside looks are advised but buying as is at the right price compared to market ARV rates maybe wirth buying site unseen...if price is right.
