Quick tip for the newbies (newer than me at least haha) Market yourself!!!

She was immensely helpful over a long period of time as he went through a number of prospective properties/issues, etc.Your reserves have to be in place at the time of closing and could possibly come from a gift.  

Any tips for success?

My purpose is two-fold: 1) to help me keep organized and have a reference manual that I can look back on, add to and tweak as needed 2) provide instructions for every task that I could possibly outsource/hire out down the road so that I can scale and grow my business.Any stories, tips or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  

I'm sure I'll be posting for some tips here soon, but I just wanted to share the excitement!
