Generally NO if they a) have extensive rot or b) were poorly/lightly built in the first place. 2) Is the home worth saving due to location, size, architectural features, etc? 

@Ann North As Realtors, we have all sorts of automated tools available to run comps - but unless the agent knows the area well and does the manual labor to drill down and understand the details of the comparable properties, all you'll have is a pretty report with inaccurate information.I do mine completely manually on a spreadsheet.

I am getting better at trying to tag individuals in replying to posts, but is it difficult to include the tagging feature when editing or updating a post?
