A couple of the auctions for homes near me go cancelled, and I understand that this can be for a multitude of reasons, but I'm wondering how I can find out why the auction was cancelled?

Am I wrong in thinking that the worst that can come of this is that once they auction the property I owe the diffrence which I DO plan on being responsible for and paying and I read somewhere that they have to set up ap payment plan with me for what that amount.
