Not to be contradictory but I have owned in Fishtown for 3 years and I would say with the nightlife exploding and new construction there it has definitely arrived.

I just ordered the book and am waiting in anticipation for it's arrival - this will be a good point to note as I read.

I've actually arrived before the resident only to find he had changed the locks on MY house.

I would call deals within 5 minutes of them arriving and they had been called by 7 other people by then. 

Well when we arrived at the hotel we got in the elevator and people had already signed up.
