I like a having a list of forums I like the most but my inbox is getting destroyed from all the notifications that someone posted a new thread.What I would love to do is turn off email notifications for certain followed forums and leave it on for one or two.Or an idea for BP is if you could set it to send one email a day or every few hours with links to all the posts in your followed forums :)

In my case I wanted to keep the properties off the grid to avoid messing with my DTI ratio.For the Seller - I can only think of a few reasons a seller would prefer this route.

I suspect an experienced local investor would not be scared off by this house because they could physically see and understand how to address the issues in a common sense affordable way.
