I am currently a sophomore at Arkansas State University going for a bachelors in Finance while holding a part time job as a Customer Service Representative / Teller at a Bank.

Again, as a minor without a job the finances will have to all be underwritten by me, but the point is for her to learn.During the spring of her freshman year in college, I would like her to find a deal close to her university so she can move out of the dorms her sophomore year.

There are advantages for collateralizing money into an "IUL" (Indexed Universal Life Policy)...for a much better net gain after paying short term capital gains taxes (i.e. @ 28%).

While my full time job is a professor in the university, I am also interested in real estate.

I am currently studying for a bachelor's degree in business administration at San Francisco State University.

It's in a very nice low crime area with big employers and a university within a 10mi radius.

Just Graduated from University of washington in tacoma washington  this last week and Im gonna start my broker licensing course tomorrow as a way to start getting a deeper understanding of the inner working of how a deal goes through etc....
