I am a carpenter/natural builder, and work full time for a small yet powerful contracting company doing historic restoration, general carpentry, natural building, and new builds with a focus on energy efficiency and healthy housing.

I hear good things about what your doing around the area and your property on Prescott is beautiful. 

There are several colleges located within walking distance to Pitt, so naturally the neighborhoods that are also within walking distance are mostly college rentals, which means it would be easy to find renters in these areas but they are also very busy.
