Hi, does anyone know if unemployment benefits are affected if one joins a Real estate broker company, as an agent?

However working with so many investors and seeing the $$$$$ opportunity that they benefit from, I couldn't see myself living in a Single Family Home without being smacked everyday by large dollar sign of opportunity cost that would hover above me for not trying my hand at house hacking (I learned that term on the podcasts).

If there is no equity, no benefit to the heirs, then no motivation for them.

And even if I’m charging slightly  lower than I could, there are some actual benefits to that.  

Similar to you I don't need a money partner, so I'm not sure how it would benefit me to enter a partnership with a contractor. 

Obviously it is a benefit to pay for water because perhaps the tenants could water the landscape. 

I claimed QBI this year on my rental properties and I had a small loss on one that I had to allocate against the other gain properties before calculating my QBI benefit.

My question is if there is any tax advantage/financial benefit to investing under your business’ name rather than your personal.

Side note, what are the benefits of monthly leases as an alternative to 1 year?
