After years of reading books on real estate (most recently by David Greene and Brandon Turner), I'm finally getting started! 

You also don't want to force a deal.From the title of the post, my personal experience, and all the books I've read, especially David Greenes' Long-Distance Real Estate Investing.

As mentioned I was looking more to see what is out there as opposed to going into acquisition mode.Still being "green" not sure when to be paranoid and when I'm actually seeing pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
