Assume the location and everything else is ideal, just for example.. if Realtor.com's numbers are accurate then a 15yr loan (they include prop. tax, insurance, and HOA) would be $524 a month.

On most REO's, the info in the MLS is not accurate on rental restrictions so one has to start researching all of the past sales and get a general consensus on what the restrictions are.
