The presumption here is ZERO debt whatsoever.

If it hasn't great I would still get a flood insurance policy because the government subsidizes flood policies that are in areas the are consider low to moderate.

However, there is zero equity after the purchase other then the money I put into it.

There is more or less zero chance that there's asbestos around that window.

I never heard of a contractors warranty, is that an insurance policy or something you personally guaranteed? 

So, yea I don't actually have a cash flowing property yet, but I have zero doubt that this will be great asset when the work is complete and a tenant is in place. 

Obamacare banned these policies for anyone over 30 and forced you into a comprehensive plan whether you needed it or not.

However, since listing it Thursday, we have gotten literally zero showing requests.
